I agree this is a possibility. It is the safest way for everyone.

This is why we have heard nothing. Trump will present the case to Pelosi, Biden, etc. and let them see the hell that will be unleashed if they do not bend the knee. Trump will let us know the outcome. It'll be a peaceful concession or a bloody prosecution.
