Not if Congress acts to reject the electors from contested states and accepts alternate slates. Biden's concession is not the only piece of the puzzle.

Dude, the Congress part is over. The next president has been elected. I agree it was stolen; I’m not happy about the end of this great American experiment either. But the sequence of events you’re hopiuming for does not make any kind of sense.
