Honestly though, how does the Chinese soldier compared to the American Patriot? Last I heard, communists don't make good soldiers that can win without the sheer advantage of numbers.

My girlfriend is Chinese (but very anti-China obviously)

She says that all the military kids and family members she knew growing up were incredibly “brainwashed” and are 100% dedicated to the CCP. That’s about it. Although I imagine even if a soldier wasn’t genuinely dedicated, they’d have to do a great job of faking it, lest get kicked out or worse. According to my own and my gf’s observations, China is beginning to lose its grip on keeping the general population controlled and brainwashed, as more of them see the rest of the real world, through studies, travel, or internet (VPNs are commonplace among all but the very poor class). Chinese citizens can even talk shit about their government (to a certain extent) on Wechat and get away with it, which wasn’t always the case. If they wanted to punish everyone that was publicly displaying anti-government sentiments, they’d have to arrest hundreds of thousands, if not millions of citizens.

Both of us think that the days of the CCP as we know it are numbered, and some big changes are going to happen when the current generation of govt officials dies off. It’s possible that the CCP will simply evolve and compromise with the demands of the new generations (as if has in the past, which is part of why it’s been so successful and prevalent compared to other authoritarian pseudo-communist regimes). But at this point, there’s a chance things will have diverged beyond repair, and a “revolution” (peaceful of bloody, who knows) will occur which more or less establishes Western/East Asian-type democracy in China. Very interesting topic, and I think many Americans who don’t have a particular interest and/or resource for learning about it are unaware.

That being said, I’ll get back on topic... The military and national defense are most definitely things that the CCP has not lost its grip on. A great majority of them are certainly as brainwashed and Borg drone-like as North Korean soldiers.

Honestly I think it’s hard for anyone to guess about what their real-life proficiency and loyalty would be like, in battle. The PRC in its current state has yet to have been in an armed conflict during which it’s infantrymen were tested, like we’re thinking about.

The Soviets are not a great comparison, despite some obvious similarities with the PRC. The average PRC soldier will have much more national pride, family and friends to defend, and QoL in general. China is effectively capitalist in every way that’s relevant to citizens life experience. So after military service, they can potentially build a great life and go after their dreams. They have something to lose, in a way Soviets did not (despite the grave circumstances of WW2).

As positive as that sounds, I still think there’s no chance they could go up against American soldiers and win, without employing the numbers advantage to a massive extent. Despite the fact that it’s not as awful to live in China as some make it out to be, many aspects of their culture are indeed rooted in collectivism and fundamentally different values. I believe they have a different way of thinking that would work out to be inferior to American soldiers’, and result in heavier losses. I’m talking about “thinking outside the box” and the like. American forces could beat any other country on the planet, via our advantage in that area, nevermind tech and funding.

How bad was Kyle Rittenhouse outnumbered? How many patriots helped to bust him out of jail?

USA lost to China in the most recent war simulations.

Carriers were in position summer 2020 only to have one ship explode and the rest having their systems scrambled, meaning the US fleet had to retreat.

China also has anti-carrier missiles that outrange US carrier range.

So yeah, have fun trying to pick a war with the "inferior chinese" faggot. I'm American so if it comes down to it, I'll fight but good luck going in thinking the rest of the world powers are inferior in strength due to your prejudice.
