Pointing out the cheat no longer matters. They know they cheated, we know they cheated. They deny the cheat because they believe in "by any means necessary." They have no integrity, so they are proud of the cheat because the means resulted in the end they wanted.
Speaking the truth is fantastic, but these people need to be punished for breaking the rules.

True enough, but for now I think we just start with a rag-tag group making moves. I think of it like a band... ya got a couple of guys fucking around with their instruments, putting pieces together. Get a few songs together, start playing shows... eventually you get noticed, and someone comes along and asks if you have a manager. Manager will help you book gigs, make sure you get paid, etc. Like Peter Grant did for Led Zeppelin. Peter wasn't there in the beginning, and he wasn't in the band... but he'd break legs to make sure the boys got paid, cuz that's how he got paid.
A leader will appear when there's something to lead.

250,000 packs of 100 equals 25 million ballots. Benefit of the doubt would be that person ordering wanted 250,000 ballots, which still seems extremely excessive to expect that many legal voter registrations after the general election.
It is racist to ask that minority areas have transparent elections. Democrats need to use these areas to commit fraud. They use black people as meat shields because they are evil, it is no different than ISIS hiding in grade schools.

This is so they can backdate registrations. They probably have more votes than registered voters, or votes attributed to people who did not register. Either way, this is to fix the books. Now when they have their audit they can say "See? Everything is on the up and up." The longer they have, the better they can cover their tracks.
