Essentially, the real decision makers hold "war games" or "scenario planning sessions" to discuss specific situations and how to achieve goals / manipulate and control the final outcomes. Almost all of these "games" utilize media talking points as a tactic where these sort of "headline grabbing" talking points are inserted into the public conversation on purpose and it's usually not for the reasons. It's subversive propaganda that is seemingly grassroots (and actionable) when it's not...it's all purposeful. These are red herrings and are only meant to drive the conversation towards controlled topics that generally promote another (sometimes unrelated) goal that they are wanting to reach. If I was to take a wild guess what the goal of promoting this now, at this specific moment in time.....i would assume it is to downplay legitimate concerns of conservatives. ie We're basically being unpersoned from the internet and labeled terrorists...but the media will present "other" stories like this to obfuscate away from where the conversation should really be and ultimately paint our concerns with a broad stroke of "floating" "unfounded" "conspiracies". Go ahead and search google news for any of those buzzwords and you'll see exactly how the media propagates different psy ops like these.
