It's more of a corporate fascism.

Walk into a Starbucks in a county that does not have a county/city-wide mandate and see if you get served?

(I FUCKING GO TO DUNKIN! OR WAWA! I KNOW! I'M MAKING A POINT)

Every one of there employees has been empowered to be a mask nazis. Even if you pre-order with the app. If you walk inside without a mask, they won't hand you your drink until you have a mask (and they don't offer you a mask even if you say I forgot mine).

Then, they will daisy-chain you from employee-to-employee until the manager gives you a "health" lecture (meanwhile the "manager" is a fat, blue-haired SJW type that can't even manage her waistline). All the while, holding your drink in their filthy fucking hands.

And, last they threaten to "record this with corporate". I'm not sure what that means, but I think they would just try to "deplatform" you by removing access to their ordering app?. Or, they make a note to spit in your coffee; or piss in it like they have some law enforcement officers.

And this new lecture "They are a private company. They can do what they want" is actually really dangerous.

I mean, I have known for awhile that corporations controlled they government, but now the corporations just make rules that are violations of privacy, decency, and civil rights and they do so with impunity. In fact, they are fellated by the mainstream media.

Dude, fascism is literally corporations being an extension of the govt lol

That's not cool...complete fucking invasion of privacy. Why don't they just put cameras in the rooms?

DrinkLikeAGilmore 14 points ago +14 / -0

Conditioning people that they don't have the right to privacy and people will eat it up if under the impression it is for security.

Actually, while you're renting it, a hotel room is your home. Police can't enter without a warrant. You have full expectation of privacy. Management cannot enter without permission. Tell them to fuck off.

If you are there always lock the extra lock. Write that you do not give them permission to enter your room on your check in paperwork. Set up a camera. If they enter when you are not there, sue.

Fuck that. I would tell them I'm calling the cops or I'd get a refund and GTFO

It better be a real threat. Anything else will be their downfall.

Hopefully a nuke goes off.

MAGA_SCIENCE 6 points ago +6 / -0

I never wish harm or death on anyone. If there is a bomb I hope they find it and deactivate the threat.

It would be 50% better if California west of the Sierra Nevadas just fell into the fucking Pacific. Just sayin.

Found the FBI intern

Fluffy_Indigo 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, because any of us owning a nuke and using it is a realistic call for violence. I'd also settle for a meteor hitting DC and vaporizing it or possibly the aliens actually showing up finally and taking everyone there for an eternity of being probed.
