It's hard to believe that Trump is simply rolling over for an illegal, evil, hostile foreign-controlled coup after everything we have been through and accomplished

After all the years of so much fighting and hard work to restore America, I just never pictured Trump simply surrendering America and her people to tyranny and evil.

He must know that everything we've worked for and accomplished will all be undone.

He must know that he's subjecting all Americans to slavery and the total destruction of their Constitutional rights.

I hope he has a plan.

But if a new president isn’t sworn in, the order of succession comes into play. If the first two in that order (Speaker of the House and Senate President) are under arrest for illegal dealings with a foreign enemy, the third in that order (Secretary of State) will be the acting president until the issue is resolved.

The order of succession is:

  1. President
  2. Vice-President
  3. Speaker of the House
  4. President pro-tempore of the Senate (longest serving senator)
  5. Cabinet officers in order of creation. (Secretary of Stste)

Current President and VP term ends on 1/20 so they’re out. President Pro Tem is elected and appears to currently be Senator Grassley. I thought it was the turtle. Either way, if crazy Nancy isn’t available, someone other than Biden would be president until the election is resolved if the insurrection act is invoked and martial law declared.
