If some dumbass is calling weapons "weapons of war" tell them that's a propaganda term. Soldiers also wear pants. Are we allowed to wear pants?

According to precedent the 2A specifically covers things used by soldiers and not other weapons. Bans on Switchblades for instance have been upheld by the courts because they are specifically not a "weapons of war."

Exactly, guns are not protected by the Second Amendment unless the military would consider using them. Smoothbore muskets are obsolete, let the people have rifled machine guns!
