Labor lawyer should be able to sort out billing issues, insurance companies pull this shit all the time. But you have to be careful as well not to cause yourself a possible job loss.

I mean, they basically have already "fired" me because I did not return to work after the date specified, but I have it on recording, on that day, that I was formally requesting a new ADA accommodation, to which, they have not responded to at all.. (almost 2 months now)

It wasn't the insurance company that was doing this either, it was my employer that was causing all the issues with the validity of my insurance.

I'm looking to sue for damages, but more because of the stress, anxiety, depression, emotional turmoil/distress, etc that this has caused. Not to mention pulling my benefits out from under me during the height of the pandemic, which I believe might violate the cares act as well.
