Got the pillows and mattress topper for my wife for Christmas. Last year she fell on ice at work and hurt her sciatic nerve. Our firm bed had been torture for her on some nights. The mattress topper has help tremendously.
I ordered two for my wife who loves pillows. One premium and one regular and she likes them a lot.
Personally, I think pillows are a scam and I use a rolled or bundled up sheet for my head support but if I'm buying pillows I'd say My Pillow is the way to go.

Seriously, I got the standard soft pillow for Christmas. I'm a side sleeper and I love it. You just unroll it from the packaging and toss it in the dryer for 10 minutes.
