Ok, hypothetical here looking for some other minds to come together and help me fill in possibilities.
Biden takes office, Dominion continues defamation lawsuits, evidence actually given its day in court(since all the election ones were dismissed before evidence was brought forth for review), Dominion actually caught and proven to have hacked the election, Trump's TRUE numbers become a legal ruling.....what then? Do they just undo what actions have transpired in the time Biden and the falsely elected Congress reps did and switch back? There's no precedence for me to pull from that I know of so I'm having trouble, since we're the party of laws, filling in what the legal process of that would be.
There are no take backs in the constitution.
EVEN IF Dominion somehow proved their machines gave the election to Biden, the votes were certified already.
The fact that they were faulty makes zero difference, because they have already been accepted by all the legal bodies needed.
More likely to hit the mega million and powerball jackpot this week than for that scenario to occur.
If that were to be uncovered, I'm talking hard evidence, then couldn't the courts order a re-vote? Its been done in lower elections. I wonder how a re-vote would go now that Democrat-run cities are clamoring to reopen.
See that's the problem with the idea of "hard evidence" in a case like this. I was talking about this a bit ago.
You intuitively know what it means to walk into a room with a dead man and someone else holding a smoking gun.
You intuitively know what it means to walk into a room with some guy dripping jizz out his dick and some woman is beat to a pulp.
Those kinda "gotcha" situations are practically impossible in a case like this because what will happen is a bunch of software nerds would take the stand, for both sides talking about IP addresses, protocols, Proxys, Sub Nets and a world of other shit that no one but a select group of people will understand.
Perfect evidence could well exist and be easy enough to find, but people are not educated enough on how the internet works to understand the evidence in the way it needs to be sorted and given its due weight.
Think of the OJ trial, the defense got the guy who legit created the DNA tests to show how bad DNA testing is! That was enough to befuddle the jury, I think this would be way easier.
