Law down the ground work for stealing all of the elections needed in the upcoming 8 years. House/Senate/Congress, you name it.

Make Puerto Rico a state to add two more guaranteed Democrat Senators

Abolish the electoral college or allocate more votes to California/New York to make it impossible for "Conservatives" to ever win again.
