I know at the college level other professors will destroy conservative peers and make their lives a living hell. Fake allegations, back stabbing politics, and other such things. When 90-98% of the staff are already communists it's nearly impossible to get a foot hold.
K-12 teachers will have to attend anti-white and anti-male training. If they speak out or fail to act as their training demands they will be fired. It seems like an impossible task. The conservative teacher will stick out like a sore thumb and be fired as soon as possible.
