I'm already in the system, behind enemy lines, like Daniel in the lion's den. Here's my experience in a nutshell. Never never never address concerns about bias in front of two or more people. Get on teacher or aide or whoever alone, like in the hallway during passing time with the kids, and talk with them. Just keep nudging. We didn't get here in a day and we won't get out in a day. Show them the love of Jesus Christ. And ask questions. We can do it and the kids are better for it.
