The" Hopkinson Flag" was the First Official American Flag: This 13-Star Flag became the Official Flag republic flag on June 14th, 1777 as the result of a resolution of the continental congress. Much evidence exists pointing to Congressman Francis Hopkinson as the person responsible for its design. Each of the 13 founding Colonies was represented by 1 star and 1 stripe.

National POW/MIA Flag Act of 2019 requires the POW/MIA Flag be displayed whenever the American Flag is displayed on prominent federal properties to honor the more than 81,000 Americans who are listed as Prisoners of War (POW), Missing in Action (MIA), or otherwise unaccounted for from our nation's past wars and conflicts.

I’m also not sure if they normally fly the POW/MIA flag on a regular basis.

This all has to mean something

That's our first stars and stripes, the hopkinson flag. 1777- 1795.

He was a signer of the declaration and also designed some of our first money and the navy flag. Dude did a lot.

Betsey Ross made hers in 1792 iirc.

It’s called the Hopkinson Flag. Known as the first flag in 1777

These flags don’t represent Biden at all...........
