Possibly the federal prison riot squads? They put all fed prisons on lockdown and I saw a report the the prison riot squads were being sent to DC as further ‘support’. 🤷‍♂️

Don’t know about powers of arrest, though they could be deputized too. It’s only federal prisons affected.
