just look at DC, id buy if it was for security if it was just 10 or 15k, still a large number but reasonable-ish. BUT 65K is ridiculous, someone did the math when it was at 25k and it was 4 times the solders per square mile then there were at fucking D-day omaha, and its just getting bigger.
