No it's always been that way. It doesn't jive with me linguistically either, but it's understood that it's in violation of the rule of being a trump supporter, infering you are reporting them because they are not.
Trump supporters is the name of the rule, just like high energy. If you look at the rules, that is the title of it. Just like if it would be Rule 1, and then a description under it. You are choosing the name of the rule they broke, not technically what their offense is.
It's kinda like any extra words to make the options understandable are too expensive to type or something. A sentence or two maybe, something NOT prone to misunderstanding for each option would be a good start.
