I don’t think it works like that. Everyone in the government is against trump. The legal system will do nothing and from that point on the military will listen to Biden.
This is pretty obvious. Our only hope is that the military is waiting until the very last second for whatever reason as that is the only part of the government that isn't fully corrupted. Most of the top brass is compromised, but that's only about 5% of the military.
That said, the military will obey the CinC. If that's Biden, they obey his orders and round up conservatives. If that's Trump, they'd obey his order to arrest the deep state (if he actually gave it)
1.) Biden isn't mentally competent to be lawfully or legally able to take an oath (he can't pass a mental compentency test. No judge can lawfully swear Biden in.)
2.) K.H. isn't even a US Citizen (US v KIM 1898 doesn't apply to her, bc both her foreign parents were here in the USA on Student Visas; and Kim said Perminant Residency (not Temporary) AND had a business neither of which Student Visas do.)
3.) The original Constitution also gave until March; so techincally if the courts want to uphold the orginal Constitution, we could easily straighten this stuff out, all "lawful and peaceful options".
4.) Nancy isn't legit Speaker either; as most of congress (House & Senate) isn't Constitutionally elected atm. Not that the whole line of succession amendment crap is legal either; as it violates the whole framework of the US Constitution and it didn't repeal those parts, so the orignal holds.
The House (and Senate) aren't even legit atm.
By federal law, set with power straight from the US Constitution, their Elections have to be held on Election Day; ie not ballots (cast) days before, not ballots (cast) days after; but only on THE DAY, aka Election Day.

How many congress critters from 2020, (or 2018 and 2016 in the Senate too) won their contests because of ballots before or after Election Day? (Yes, this is not even counting all the "other" frauds/cheating.) Enough that there's not enough legit members atm, just by enforcing these two lines quoted above.
As per the US Constitution, the (Governors/Executives) of each State shall issue writs of Elections to fill vacancies in the empty House seats of their respective State. Of course, Gov Gavin Newsom of CA openly violated/ignored this for nearly all of 2020 re: CA-53rd Congressional District.

Does Trump have enough pieces in place and enough support to make the move to protect the republic, and have those pieces in place before Wednesday?
Before Biden gets sworn in, we’ll probably all know the answer to that. General Michael Flynn seems to think Trump has pieces in place. I myself do not know.
What is an interesting question is: What happens if 100% proof is found that IS EXCEPTED BY COURTS and even leftists that the election was stolen and Trump should have been president. ?
Probably slim. It would be a federal crime but it would have to be proved in court or Congress he was personally involved. It would become a political process of impeachment. All outcomes would leave a Democrat President for 4 years though
