Russia doesn't have enough blacks for that, but in general any demonstrations against the government would be met by a harsh police crackdown, as well as possibly even opposition from government-sanctioned goons like those orthodox bikers. If there was an organization similar to BLM, they would probably be labeled as terrorists very quickly.
I can't speak to Turkey but I think it's probably similar to Russia.
In Russia you also have minorities, I guess muslims from Asia, s smaller nations in Russian Federations, etc. In Turkey you have suppressed Kurd minority, suppressed Christians, etc.

But when conservative protesters entered the capitol they were attacked with live ammo, tear gas, and rubber bullets?
