Lot of chatter over on greatawakenings about the military presence in DC. They seem to think Trump has requested and coordinated the whole thing. Is that true? Did the biden admin request coordinate anything thats going on in DC right now?

I am pretty sure Governors/Mayors (not sure about Mayors 100%) have the authority to order in the National Guard.
However, there are also Military Police it seems and some of the NG were sworn in as special duty.
I don't think any of us will ever know for a few years what the actual reason is unless shit is about to hit the fan.
If Trump put them there, my thoughts are this:
Generally, when a "leader" is installed unethically like Biden/Harris are, they use the military to protect themselves.
I could see Trump trying to make them look bad by filling up all of the Capitols with "military" for optics.
Trump may also know shit we do not know (which is obvious) and there could be a potential threat from foreign nations.
This would be a good time for China/Iran to make a move.
Or, our military has been taken over by China and they have control of the military now.
This could be the beginning of a military state that eventually spreads to small town neighborhoods.
Where you will be forced to give up your guns, forced to get a vaccine, etc.
I think that is less likely (at the moment), but we will see what happens.
Without knowing how corrupt our military leaders have become, it is hard to know what might happen in the future.
If we still have hope there are freedom loving Americans that haven't been bought out by the Chinese, then we may still have a chance - but if China indirectly controls our military because they have installed people who have been paid off, or paid off people that were "good" people at one point, then they could be setting everything up to control the country.
There have been Chinese troops on the Canadian border for years now and there are supposedly more on the Mexico border.
If they control our military, they fill up the Capitols and begin bringing their land troops from both borders and fill up the country.
For anyone that voted against Trump, they are going to be in for a surprise when they look out their window and see a humvee driving down their road.
The military state you describe sounds absolute worst case. Fuck that timeline. 2A protects us there. On you other points about why Trump may have requested it, I really can see him being freaked out about what happened in the Capitol and really just wanting peace.
From what I understand is that Trump has to order them. Mayors and Governors can request them, but Trump has to offer them. Big question is, who requested this many and all the other stuff
