NoScript – This is a script blocker that allows you to control which scripts run on the sites you visit.
Delete Delete Delete. This is so important. They only have the power we give thme. Even if you don't use your accounts, delete all of them.
Fakebook, Twatter, Instagram, Whatsapp, Yutube, Apple, Amazon etc.
Find other ways to communicate. There are plenty of guides how to do it and what to use instead.
Convince all your friends to move with you.
