He didn't release the report on the misuse of investigative power against Trump's campaign either.
We could use a 'flair' for Republican deep state and corrupt cronies.
Infrastructure for integrity of government and elections: Wiki, Chat.
P.S.: We were warned.
2018-12-11 Trump Nominee for AG William P. Barr Should be BARRED From Job
Barr lied about everything. There was no Durham investigation before he signed that special counsel letter weeks before the election. He was put there by Bush allies to railroad every investigation into the swamp and gaslight Trump.
Pence, at least, made sense at the time. He was an establishment man who acted as a peace offering to the Republican party and the religious right, who at the time did not trust him. It probably isn't exaggeration to say that it is what held as much of the old republican party to him as he got. I believe Trump knew Pence was not for him, even if he did not realize the extent to which Pence was against him, but saw it as a necessary evil.
It was a business deal, like partnering with someone who you know will try to undermine your stocks, in order to gain access to a new market. You go in expecting to have to be wary and have countermeasures to their maneuvering, but you don't expect them to hire thugs to break your knees the night before a big meeting of the board.
This is the perfect comparison when it comes to Pence. Barr, however, I'll never understand. Any deep look at his history showed that he was a clean up man, and has been supporting & protecting the corrupt his entire career. Ruby Ridge alone should have been disqualifying.
I know Trump needed to get the senate to approve whoever he chose, so his only options were necessarily swampy, but Barr was on a whole other level. And it was immediately visible in his career history. The frog & the scorpion writ large.
At the very least, Trump probably underestimated how brazen they would be to commit sedition against the Presidency and the United States. I'm not surprised, and even anticipated it, but seeing them steal the election in front of our very eyes is breathtaking.
So many warned him too.
Gun Owners of America put out a good effort to showcase how bad he was. Antigun, Bush tied, anti-American piece of shit.
How can you crap on a guy for making a bad choice when he didn't have any good choices to choose from?
That's just it. All of his choices need "approval" from Cocaine Mitch and his gang. No one who was going to actually do the job was going to get approved.
Trump's only mistake was not leaving Grenell in place as long as possible . . .
Its really hard to get people to understand this. Even here.
It’s almost like if you have a corrupt single party LARPing as two opposing parties and they control congress, they have the power to literally corrupt every other branch of government.
Our three branches of government are not equal. Not as long as the legislative branch has so much unchecked power.
So few apparently honest Trump backers. Grennell. Pompeo. Junior. Hawley. Trump truly underestimated how deep The Swamp was, and just how many GOP bastards are as bad as The Leftists. He thought GOP would rally to his side when they saw his popular support, but he was mistaken. They don't care about The People, only their own power and globalist purposes.
Any employee at a trump property would have been more loyal than these outsiders.
Too bad not an option
That's not even half of it.... Any major pick like that has to be confirmed by one of the most corrupt senates in our country's history.... So this delusional fantasy that Trump could have hired anybody he wanted to for those positions is just that -- a delusional fucking fantasy....
It is staggeringly terrifying just how few people in this country, and even on this very website, understand any fundamentals about how our government actually functions....
I'm not the same person you responded to, but I think you absolutely can point out mistakes someone made, without crapping on them. A lot of us who point out Trump's various bad decisions (and good decisions) Are doing so because we WANT to be more effective.
For example, years ago I made an app and everyone seemed excited about it. However, when I put it up for sale, I didn't even earn 1-months worth of rent during it's lifetime. Sometimes the truth can be hard to swallow, but I would have been better off having that truth, and doing something else instead.
I get it but who was Trump supposed to pick to doj again?
Trump was known for bad personnel decisons dating back to the 80s in business. He needed a good COS like the one he has now from the start and things would have turned out differently.
I don't know about bad decisions...
He is a billionaire, and I'm not, so they've obviously been better than my decisions.
The new 'trust' psy-op is that Trump won and the next administration must execute his orders under threat of something or another.
I'm not even kidding.
Even Jim Jones got his followers to drink the kool aide at the end. Q folks need to get off that train quickly. The let down they are in store for is going to mentally devastate quite a few of them.
There are parallels with the ongoing Iraqi Dinar RV scam where suggestible usually old people are sold bundles of Iraq currency (1 USD = 1,460.32 DINAR) with 'assurance' (for fucking decades now) that it will revalue 1:1 any day now and they'll be rich. If you pick one of those results at random and read the UPPERCCASE part you will hear the scam operators dropping Q like word salad with anonymous sources and (fake) things happening behind the scenes... and the message is "keep waiting, keep buying",
No one is saying that though.
STFU LIAR!
And the MSM repeats over and over "Barr said there wasn't any election fraud, so Biden won". Fucking Ed Wallace repeated that on his automotive radio show.
Well that is not correct at all.... You just randomly spewing shit you know nothing about or taking random guesses?
I don't suppose you're going to include a well-rounded, verifiable, and repeatable source to the claim that there was no Durham investigation at all until a few weeks before the election?
I won't be holding my breath for that trustable source you seem to have tucked away
