And even more than that it's not even surprising.. when you point people to your administration that never supported you in the first place you shouldn't be surprised when they work against you people like Obama appointed Obama supporters to his administration and when that happened he didn't even have to tell them what to do. They just knew.. they did things that helped him. They did things to advance his agenda and he didn't even have to tell him to do it.. Trump appointed a bunch of people that probably voted for Hillary clinton.. and that means that he's going to have to make the manage every single thing they do to make sure it's in line with what he wants and even then they're going to work to undermine his agenda..
Trump had appointed a bunch of trump supporters that enthusiastically voted for him in 2016 his entire administration would have been different..
The problem is that his appointments had to be confirmed. He was probably told in no uncertain terms that there was no way in hell some people would ever be confirmed.
