This is because of race. Not inherent racial characteristics, but tribalism. The promoted black "culture" is rife with violence, de-nuclearization of the family unit, antigovernmental/authority, sexual promiscuity, selfishness, and crab bucket mentality.

The Marxists divide by race and benevolent racism tells blacks it's "not our fault" for not succeeding. The tried and true tactic of blaming others and sowing division against society as a whole corners mentalities into lashing out against that society in retribution for imagined slights.

To put it simply humans have a lazy mindset, and if someone gives them an excuse, reduces or removes the consequences of behavior detrimental to the society as a whole, indeed raises prominent and influential figures to encourage this type of behavior, this is the end result.

It's targeted leftist racism that entraps so many, and it's been accelerating because it's a feedback loop: the more benevolent racism there is (e.g. it's white privilege why a black can't succeed), the more widespread, the more it discourages individual responsibility, leading to confirmation bias of that racism.

The glorification of violence is seen across all races, with US media rehashing the hero's story through different mediums. Usually this is rife with violence but against "bad guys". For rap music in particular the acceptable roles for black people, the bad guys are all institutions and legal avenues. Black people's hero story that's promoted is against the family, against the police, and against any authority except from the individual promotion. It's so endemic I have seen preachers and ministers starting to push into this direction.

The real crime is lack of family structure to push to be better and to work with the system and contribute, instead of pushing against the system and giving in to the selfishness at the expense of society.
