There was an article that interviewed Jody and the way it was written seemed to suggest Jody was not happy with certain behaviour of the community (could also quite possibly be a total fake news fabrication)
Then there was Doggos post earlier warning people about how to keep an eye out for TD being compromised
My hunch is Jody owns the domain while Doggos (possibly others as well) own the code, the database and most importantly the servers and there’s a bit of an internal argument going on.
In that scenario, if you own the domain but don’t have access to the servers all you can really do is stop the domain pointing to the server and point it to another one WITHOUT the user database
Hence why Doggos warned about how to spot a compromised version of TD asking you to log back in.
For me, that scenario fits the pieces together nicely and makes sense of the bits of info
(Of course this is just a theory and I could be totally wrong)
