Ok, Batman, now riddle me this:

HOW THE HELL DO WE GET A COURT TO HEAR THIS AND ACT ON IT??

We HAVE the proof. They were LOUSY at covering their tracks. Why?
Because they have the courts so cucked they know there will never be arrests, never be trials, never be a forum for the truth to be presented fairly, and there will never be action taken against them....

....by the current system.
