The left is already claiming Trump is seditious and treasonous. They want him dead. Why wouldn't he go for it today or tomorrow and start the military tribunals? If he wins, he drains the swamp. If he loses, the end result is the same.

Because he's surrounded by cowards and traitors dear. Presidents aren't emperors or autocrats. Our system is far too polluted by corruption, perhaps beyond help at this point.

I believe he's surrounded by a bunch of cowards because there are no good men left. But Biden fears this without a doubt. That fear is real. Perhaps it will happen.

If Trump has the power, it will happen. If he has the power, much of what have seen is him pretending he does not.
