Seems like everybody's got a better solution to tyranny than what the Constitution sets forth. Sooo much smarter than the Founding Fathers, yeah? Yours is just another Hundred Year Plan formed in a state of denial. People are gonna start getting lined up against the wall long before a plan like this gets any traction. I'll end on a positive note though: it's a perfect plan - for a perfect world.
