Only if Trump actually fights back. Insurrection Act and Martial Law are still available to him. Presidents of past have done far more to preserve the union than Trump has so far. If he does either of these things then he will definitely be better than Lincoln (considering everything else Trump has done), and maybe even Washington at that point. If he does nothing then he will be the best president of the last 100 years, even though he unfortunately didn’t keep most of his tentpole promises (but still kept more than most recent presidents).
