If and only if the swamp is drained in the next day. He would be one of the great 3, Washington, Lincoln, and Trump. I consider him there now, but if he does all the stuff to drain the swamp in the next day (which, I don't think he'll be doing), then he's up there as #2.

For me, I don't know if anybody can be better than Washington.
