Not advocating violence or anything of the like, but the bigger enemy of the people are CNN, MSNBC, WaPo, NYT, Google, Facebook, and Twitter. Without this echo chamber, the politicians in DC are nothing but swamp rats.

Just gonna say this.

The real National security risk is these propaganda outlets. It's allowed to continue because it's "news", but basically the same as any foreign mission that is militarized propaganda.

Their propaganda works on half of the country and is extremely effective.

It's almost impossible to get a lefty to be reasonable.

This was all enabled due to barry's repeal of the Smith-Mundt act correct? If so, why tf was that ever allowed or not fought over? EDIT: and why if that is the case did Trump not put it back in place?

I can't help but feel this is exactly what our enemies want.

I have faith that the new left will collapse. The name of the game has been divesting the people of their rights because "Orange Man Bad". With Trump nowhere near official authority this narrative is going to get real old, real fast.

Every policy Biden supports directly impoverishes the American people. Continually taking away people's rights and making them poorer forever is going to be a hard sell.

The left will eat themselves when it's proven they're run by evil global corporatist liars. Communism will fail, as it has always done in the past. I don't feel certain how right-wing whatever phoenix rises from those ashes will be, but I feel confident it will not be this new left.

History says otherwise. Did China collapse? North Korea? Even when these places do "collapse" the result isn't freedom, it's some form of sick crony capitalism like what Russia is now. To get freedom back, the only option is to start a new society - either through secession or by colonizing new land (which isn't a viable alternative anymore).

And it isn't crony capitalism in USA?

The reason the uniparty hates Russia isn't because of some high lofted ideals. It's because when Putin took power he threw out their cronies and installed his own.

History does NOT say otherwise.

China would have collapsed entirely by '92, were it not propped up by the USA under Bush 41 and Clinton.

North Korea would have collapsed decades ago without Chinese support. Likewise Cuba with Russian support.

Ultimately, Communism MUST be propped up by someone else. They must also have some boogeyman to focus the people's attention upon.

With the fall of the US, the support system for Communism comes to a halt. They essentially kill the goose laying their golden eggs. They buy a short-term victory, but lose the long-term.

The ultimate in crab syndrome.

With the US down, the boogeyman must necessarily shift, until someone gets their second time in the boogeyman seat. It eventually falls apart.

The Davos type elites (the “0.1%) love globalism because it means nation states go away and they become the new rulers who aren’t inconvenienced by anything like national trade policy.

In order to achieve this they do everything possible to cause convergence (political science concept) at every opportunity, no matter what the economic or social/cultural/legal consequences for the average person. The US pulls convergence from CCP China but doesn’t push convergence to the CCP due to their absolute authoritarian nature.

They’re acting like there wouldn’t be any real problem at all if the uniparty in the US becomes just like the CCP, but what about 0.1% guy Jack Ma who has disappeared? https://www.breitbart.com/asia/2021/01/04/chinese-billionaire-jack-ma-disappears-criticizing-communist-party/ Maybe they should rethink things a bit.

In any case they’ve been pushing the “progressive” ideology so hard that they’ve now created a populist backlash that they’re increasingly terrified of and taking increasingly desperate measures to crush.

To me, their main motive is not necessarily nation states going away. Even with a true authoritarian global government, you'd still want to have distinct management zones just for for the sake of making administration of a giant bureaucracy possible. Whether you call these administration zones Canada/Niger/Pennsylvania/Seattle or District 12/District 953/District 48/District 146 isn't the truly important thing.

To me, the elites main motive is money/power, which comes from making people poor, but not so desperate that they rebel. And this is seemingly being accomplished by many steps including burdening the West with a flood of invaders and lately Covid lockdowns that are harming the economy to a far greater level than they're helping fight transmissible disease.

Well yea, the management districts don’t have to go away but the ideas that the national concept each “district” is based on need to go away (according to elites) to the extent that they interfere with accumulating wealth and power. So flooding the country with migrants/immigrants who don’t have stuff like the 1st or 2nd amendment where they come from, and think it’s normal to not have those things, and who largely lack a sense of loyalty to national values of their new nation (especially with lack of education regarding those values), results in convergence that supports the sort of authoritarian government that they’re used to. Thus you get elites pushing “open borders” in the hope that this will be caused to happen.

On the other front, more than half of the natural born citizens here are “educated” (indoctrinated) in such a way as to encourage them to disregard national values as “old” and “obsolete” or they’re simply not educated about them so the values become ignored and taken for granted. I’d argue this is a much bigger problem at the current time anyway.

The elites main goal is power and ideology, not money. they see money as a means to an end.
