AFTER GOING TO MY PARENTS HOUSE.

Im 35 years old, I own a successful business. I was going to go to d.c. on the 6th just like many of you. Apparently someone on social media (which i have deleted a week ago) "reported" that I was going.

I actually did not go and showed them surveillance of me working here. This is no longer a theory, this is a full blown communist takeover. Tell your friends and family to GET OFF SOCIAL MEDIA. We no longer have freedom. We are indeed under attack for our views and its just a matter of time before it gets worse.

I asked the two agents if they investigated the cop letting people into the capitol to which one replied, "there are a lot of investigations" I'm like riiiiight. I will say the female officer was kinda cute tho O_o

I have friends that are in law enforcement and i love them, and my country. Once this initial shock wore off the heart break set in.

My God, what have we come to

92

Why are they "visiting" anyone?

And why are they walking away afterward?

The OP is right, this is full on state police totalitarian crap.

49
Tejas_Pepe 49 points ago +49 / -0

Agreed, I’ve been trying to tell everyone they better get ready for what the Left has in store for us. I would not doubt every single one of us eventually getting a visit by the state police, just a warning to let us know we had better watch our step.

We now know we can’t even count on our own politicians or media to have our backs, they have been throwing us all under the bus since the events at the Capitol. The Left would have fought tooth and nail for their people. That’s why we are losing and will continue to lose. How many are now afraid to voice their honest opinion? You do, you could end up in a jail cell branded a domestic terrorist.

The Left sees this as the perfect opportunity to completely destroy Conservatism and the entire Conservative movement. They will not stand for opposing opinion any longer. Obey their demands or you will lose everything.

Goodbye USA, it was a nice run while it lasted.

Agreed.

I have never understood why people post so much to social media.

For years I have resisted the urge to make posts of my bowel movements (not actual pictures, don't be gross). Just a status of when I need to "make some bears", whether I was successful, any outstanding features, how I felt afterwards (ala Cartman and his satellite dish).

Just as a mockery of how much people put on social media. It is ridiculous. "I ate eggs for bfast this morning, yum". WHO PHUCKING CARES!!!

52
HocusLocus 52 points ago +52 / -0

It's much worse than just social media. IF you traveled to DC on the 6th with an operational cellphone in your pocket, consider yourself to be on a list, RIGHT NOW.

That is why these posts are so important. Everyone is all gaga about facial recognition or who ratted them out on the Internet because they like space age shit but the sad simple truth is that most people had beacons in their pockets.

Need to start a tally of people who receive visits who are not on social media.

I proposed a push a separate campaign to make the 1/6 event mixed (my submission and messages since purged by the mods) that would invite all the leftys to march in DC alongside us on the 6th also -- (for them) to protest the $600 stimulus which they are pissed about. Most here thought it was a crappy idea because they wanted to be the only ones on THE OFFICIAL FBI CELL PHONE PING LIST.

Might have been a good idea, a true bipartisan protest.

19
Yianni1955 19 points ago +19 / -0

Patriots are going to have to go operationally, " Pre- Internet and pre-cellphone" in order to function as a Resistance. Also bear in mind any vehicle you use that is manufactured after 2009, has a " blackbox" and GPS that can rat you out. Get rid of your smart watch and Alexa as well. Make sure your computers are disconnected AND cover all cam devices! P.S. I am NOT paranoid.

My neighbor told me something to that affect, but I find it hard to believe. Sure, "luxury" vehicles and most like GM stuff has "on-star" or whatever, which definitely fits the decision, but you are saying that a piece of shit 2012 Toyota Corolla base-model with crank windows is calling home? I find that hard to believe.

4
neurojerk 4 points ago +4 / -0

I was there. I had my cellphone. I feel kind of dumb now, but I guess it's going to take awhile to get the mechanics of living in an oppressive state under my fingers. I already degoogled my phone and have never been big on social media, but I guess that's not going to be good enough. Man this really fucking sucks. I just went there to make my voice heard after 4 years of watching a completely corrupt system do everything it could to take down a duly elected president who was only trying to give power back to the people. And now I'm likely on some thought crime list. I feel like Winston fucking Smith hiding his diary in his wall.

I didn't go inside the building or anything. Nobody anywhere around me even knew that was happening, and I wasn't too far from the front of the lawn.

3
HocusLocus 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sorry if I spooked you, just stay cool... and NO I was a dufus too -- not bringing it up before the event. But who even considered these things? Until 1:50pm it was just a Trump rally, the best ever. Safety in numbers and you were in very good company. Cell tracing is just one of the tools they have to discover that -- fuck yeah, who was there was a natural cross section of America and not some hyper-organized 'group'.

I've seen a few studies, one was done with smartphone apps that Spring Break kids had given permission to reveal their precise location. In a creepy yet awesome animation they showed the dots gathering on the FL beach and returning home. All for "muh COVID" -- even 1 year ago if they had followed people like that it would have generated an uproar!

The 'native' (non app and non-GPS) cell phone system does ping phones but not to a very precise location. They could discover you were in DC within a few blocks.

Definitely go through apps if you have a slabphone and remove the ones that demand the your phone reports its location. That data is out there for sale. Law enforcement stuff no one can do anything about.

I have never understood why people post so much to social media.

John Reese: Never understood why people put all their information on those [social networking] sites. Used to make our job a lot easier in the CIA.

Harold Finch: Of course. That's why I created them.

John Reese: You're telling me you invented online social networking, Finch?

Harold Finch: The Machine needed more information. People's social graph, their associations. The government had been trying to figure it out for years. Turns out most people were happy to volunteer it. Business wound up being quite profitable, too.

You don't know what you are talking about. Look up proclamation 2039 and proclamation 2040. And "sovereign citizens" is a made up, oxymoronic term used to discredit people actually discovering the truth about our God given rights. I never said to reject police authority, but to challenge it. The police in this country all work for the IMF and the Vatican and have no actual authority over a living man or woman, but if you don't know how to act as a living man, you will get brutalized by the system. You don't know what your rights are where they come from so yeah, you would get fucked over in court. Look up Robert Fox teaches law on YouTube and maybe learn something. Or check out Crrow777radio.com for more great information on the law.

Its never a bad idea to have a relationship with an attorney or law group that you can call on in just such a situation. Generally you dont pay a retainer until you have a case they are dealing with for you. Usually its a case-by-case kinda thing.

A general retainer, as I understand it, is not a common thing.

Personally I dont have a general relationship with an attorney, but I do have concealed carry insurance that gives me access to a liberty-minded attorney network that would have experience in such matters should a fibby come knocking on my door.

6
doug2 6 points ago +6 / -0

Everyone should get arrested once in their youth. You learn a lot and get a relationship with a lawyer!

Kidding. But there is some truth to it lol

5
deleted 5 points ago +5 / -0
5
FireannDireach 5 points ago +5 / -0

Retaining an attorney is pricey, you're paying a significant amount of money every month to a lawyer to sit there and do nothing on the chance you might someday need their services.

If you're worried about being questioned, find a reputable defense attorney in your area (if they have an ad that mentions personal injury, move on), book a meeting (you'll pay for a consultation), and ask them if they will defend you if you need them, and get some of their business cards in case you're taken into custody, or someone knocks on your door without a warrant.

This is what an actual attorney told me, when I asked out of curiosity.

2
Uzaka123 2 points ago +3 / -1

Had our founding fathers failed in the American Revolution, we would not be calling them Patriots, Founding Fathers, or anything BUT Terrorists.

The American Constitution has been on life support since the New Deal, and more recently since the 2000 election. The establishment has been trying to figure out how to rig the vote to ensure only establishment candidates pass through the halls of Congress. Do not be fooled - the uni-party is alive and well. Those that appear BASED, just have not been turned, or it's merely for show. Recent events only prove that the establishment is much larger than the populous knew, and that it extends deep in to big tech.

Then they pull the servers to parler and millions of communication links are lost. We need to share info as much as possible right now, something is still better than nothing. There are so many fake profiles on Facebook, when I said random, i was talking about people you don't know. So many people accept friend request from people they don't know or cloned accounts. Yes. Let them try to build a case against you, spend those investigative dollars for absolutely nothing. The more the FBI is seen as partisan, and a giant waste of inflation dollars, the better.

If they EVER take you to court, THEN show your exculpatory evidence.

6
AK1911 6 points ago +15 / -9

This a popular opinion here on .win, but I’m curious what most would actually do. Do you have a lawyer? I don’t. I wouldn’t even know who to call. I’m sure I could do some legwork and figure that out. So, now I’ve got a lawyer. He charges what $2-500/hour to talk to FBI agents that aren’t worried about spending my dime? Seriously? That’s in addition to all the time that would have to be invested. I think OP did it right. Hater called him in, he was verifiably innocent. Case closed.

28
jgalt87 28 points ago +28 / -0

You don't have to talk to them period, lawyer or not. 5th amendment says so and if they go ahead and charge you with something then you get free counsel, and even then you don't have to talk to them.

13
Frednut1 13 points ago +14 / -1

Call your lawyer for a free 30min consultation. They will tell you not to talk to the FBI or police. Done.

22
Electrocutioner 22 points ago +22 / -0

You clearly are missing the point.

"Do not talk to them without a lawyer present" is not because you have nothing to hide. The reasoning is that anything you say, even if it is an innocent comment, can and will be used against you if they need to.

Being lazy about your legal rights is not how you want to conduct yourself during a corrupt agency's interrogation.

17
RTLowery 17 points ago +17 / -0

very wrong. It is never to your advantage to talk. ever. And most law enforcement don't want a lawyer there either. Usually they're just fishing and will move on to better waters if they see you're going to lawyer up.

5
540k-Again 5 points ago +6 / -1

Commies, STASI, GESTAPO, etc. do not "case closed" on their targets (doesn't matter even with 100% clear evidence of innocence; dragging through the process is enough to punish and ruin most people); once you're on one of their "Lists", you are on one of their lists for life (til death, and even then they put your family/etc on their list too.)

I had to sit down with my wife last night and had a very lengthy conversation with her about if the FBI ever showed up at our door, or if the local police, there are several steps to take.

1.) RECORD THE ENTIRE INTERACTION ON YOUR PHONES CAMERA - Speak calmly, clearly, and politely. Be respectful to them until they give you a reason not to be.
2.) Ask to see identification through the door, either window or peephole 3.) Ask the person at the door to hold up their ID to the security camera, close enough to see it 4.) Without opening the door, demand to know why they are at the house. Demand to see their warrants 5.) If they have no warrant, tell them to leave and not return unless they have one.

Happened to me once.

I was up for a promotion. A coworker on my FB, screen shotted spicy posts I'd made, and gave them to the senior leadership of my organization.

The promotion was cancelled, and my boss was told by their superiors that "that guys career is done." They couldn't fire me outright (legal reasons) but the writing was on the wall and they were going to make my life at work shit forever more. So after >25 years with the same employer, I left.

Thing is, I was never shown the posts I'd supposedly made that we're so scandalous, they could have been faked screen shots for all I know.

Edit: I was also never officially informed of my accusers identity, though I figured it out through the grapevine eventually. It was not professional competition, it was ideological anger at my right wing humor.

edit: https://youtu.be/d-7o9xYp7eE

20
Kamalas_a_Bitch 20 points ago +20 / -0

Yes! Was just about to post that. Even had a Detective telling stories of how stupid people are to talk the police. Would you rather plead the 5th and be detained for a few hours or falsely inprisoned for years for something a cop misremembered you said, or some DA successfully paints a different picture to the jury. It happens more than it should. Ask General Flynn. Don’t incriminate yourself. The 5th Amendment is there so you are not a witness against yourself. “Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.” Does it say “some things you say may be used to prove your innocence”? NO!!!

Do not talk to police even if you are innocent, and have video proof of your innocence. These are trained interrogators and you are no match. Despite your innocence you may say something or exaggerate such as humans do, and they can catch you in a white lie unrelated to original matter and string you up for lying to federal investigators. “No, I never went to the protest, and don’t know anything about what happened there.” Whoops you just lied cuz your post history shows you know plenty about what happened and McSally co-worker witnessed you talking about how awesome the protests were even though you didn’t go. get an attorney to talk to them.

6
T-Bear 6 points ago +6 / -0

I second ^^^THIS^^^

What the going after Flynn taught us is that there is NO SUCH THING as "private, and off the record" with any level of law enforcement

I just heard a story on a local news program, about a woman that had a game warden for a boyfriend. When the relationship got intimate, she began relating, obliquely, about hunting and fishing practices that weren't exactly proper.

Her boyfriend began connecting the dots. She was shocked when he arrested her for violations of the fishing/wildlife codes, and used her testimony gained over the course of their friendship , against her.

She foolishly thought her relationship with an LEO would cause him to look the other way.

She was wrong.

When they want to "just be your friend", that's when you are in the biggest danger of incriminating yourself.

Never let your guard down. When they start asking questions of you that go beyond, How's your day? and How's the weather? - particularly about specific activities - they aren't there for getting to know you as a friend.

One to THE WORST things about a police state, is that it destroys people's ability to relate to one another in a positive way. The Fight or Flight defensive posturing does not make for solid positive relationships.

4
Electrocutioner 4 points ago +4 / -0

142
Houseonfire 142 points ago +142 / -0

Same thing happened to me. Why did they go to our parents house? I don't have their address registered anywhere. I think Facebook ratted me out.

121
DJTrumpMAGA 121 points ago +121 / -0

They go to the parents first for two reasons:

  • Old people (parents) will usually blab and may be more willing to offer thoughts and opinions. "Has your son been acting odd in any way lately? Has he said anything to you that might've alarmed you or you thought was off?" These open-ended questions hit on emotions and leave lots of room for talking.
  • This is a scare tactic. When you get a call from your parents that the FBI was at their house asking questions about you, how does that make you feel? What does that do to your emotions? How do your emotions affect your ability to say rational things versus saying something you might not mean?
77
OrdinaryFellow 77 points ago +77 / -0

100% scare tactic. They have nothing on you. Not even a valid cause to look into you. But now you'll be pressured by your parents and all their neighbors to stop doing whatever you're doing.

Plenty of people have been falsely convicted based on fabrications and insinuations spun from idiots cooperating and "proving their innocence." Proof is for a court of law, or given by your lawyer who's protecting your ass. Everything before that is playing an asymmetric game with your life and liberty. It's beyond idiotic in this day and age given everything that's happened. If you don't go in the water, the shark can't eat you.

5
MAGAMAN4EVA 5 points ago +5 / -0

this needs to be top. What a moron. How are people on our side still this ignorant? It will cost us our lives..

5
T-Bear 5 points ago +5 / -0

FYI - Innocence is not proven over a video before agents. Innocence is determined before a judge in a court of law. FBI agents and LEO's do not function as arbiters of guilt/innocence. They apprehend suspects after they have gathered incriminating evidence against those suspects. THAT is their function in the system.

That is why it is useless to try to "prove your innocence" before an agent or a LEO. When they tell YOU to "Tell it to the judge", they aren't getting snarky with you - they are reminding you who does what in the system.

One IS cooperating by politely telling them they will receive the answers to their questions when your attorney is present.

Don't nee to get ugly or go all "Sovereign Citizen" on the agents/officers. Just be polite, but firm in asserting your privacy and your rights.

You may ask as to whether you are personally being investigated for a crime, and what that crime is. You may ask for verification of their employment and their ID's.

You may politely ask if they have a warrant; if not, you may politely decline their access to your premises.

In this, don't get cocky and venture onto grounds they can spin against you.

You have no absolute obligation to show them anything, or answer any question they may pose.

They, on the other hand, must answer your questions truthfully concerning warrants, whether you are suspect in a crime, who they are, and their identification. ANYTHING less will get the case thrown out, with a good attorney and a decent judge. (Judge Sullivan was NOT a decent judge).

2
randomusers239874 2 points ago +2 / -0

68
grassshrimp 68 points ago +68 / -0

Nothing.

But in OPs case, showing evidence that they weren't there was the best play. Whereas doing the dumb-ass sovereign citizen shit of "am I being detained?" over and over again wasn't going to help the situation.

FBI came, asked about Jan 6, OP showed they weren't there, case closed. If they hadn't been at least cordial with them, would have been more of a headache (further investigation, possible warrant, etc.)

People can't say BLM folks just need to comply with police and then not follow their own god damn rules when the FBI comes knocking.

they can detain you for a while

BarrysCellM8 27 points ago +29 / -2

This is incorrect advise. You should NEVER say a fucking word to the cunts in the FBI. They tried to frame a 4 star general for Christ sake. If the FBI shows up, you ask if they have a warrant. If not, they are trespassing and need to get the fuck out.

Fuck, the FBI needs to fire you if this is the best you can shill this shit

6
FucKamala 6 points ago +6 / -0

No. Incorrect. You tell them to get a warrant and fuck off. You can be polite and tell them to speak to your lawyer if you have one, but do not talk to them...AT ALL

37
AngeredKabar 37 points ago +37 / -0

DONT TALK TO COPS.

DONT LIE TO THEM. DONT REFUSE TO IDENTITY YOURSELF. BUT DONT TALK TO THEM.

Never talk to the FBI without a lawyer present. I would have asked them to leave the premises. FBI is the new KGB.

Why did you show them surveillance of you at work? They need to prove YOU did anything wrong, not the other way around.

33
Opi33 [S] 33 points ago +39 / -6

I have heart issues and a disease, stress will kill me. I want them to leave me alone.

14
stealthboy 14 points ago +14 / -0

It's a shame this is what it's come to. We have to prove our innocence.

5
MAGAMAN4EVA 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yea that worked out great for Flynn huh?

3
BuckOFive 3 points ago +3 / -0

refusing to speak to them would had been less stressful

2
TheRedRight 2 points ago +3 / -1

You and I are very alike, the stress and heart issues at my age and my heart health would have killed me on the drive to DC. You make them provide you did anything wrong by shutting up and while they are gone, you call around for Attorney/Lawyers that will represent you.

THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT.

25
LostInTheMix 25 points ago +25 / -0

W e should all make a post saying we were at the capitol. See them come after all of us.

11
GODwins76 11 points ago +13 / -2

We all were.

7
skygz 7 points ago +7 / -0

consider me at the Capitol whenever it's politically convenient

p.s. my front door has this weird issue where the doorbell doesn't work unless there's a large amount of cookies nearby

It’s plain and simple communism. Government police, making lists of political opponents, knocking on your door for political wrong think.

You did good pede. Your are allowed to refuse to answer their questions, but they will make your life HELL if you demand a warrant. Oh they’ll comme back with one. At 4am, to turn your house upside down. You’ll speak through a lawyer and spend tens of thousands to have the case dropped.

You handled it good. And you are correct on all fronts. This is a communist takeover. They arrested Trump Supporter and founder of Cowboys for Trump. Arrested and CHARGED for STANDING on the Capitol steps. No violence. Just standing. Trump supporters are getting arrested for non-violence and Facebook posts. While Biden arsonists, looters and assaulters go free.

13
Smurfection 13 points ago +14 / -1

Wait, so someone from social media turned you in to the FBI, the FBI interviewed you and you weren't even in the Capitol on January 6th?

The FBI really have turned into the Stasi.

3
ignorant_slob 3 points ago +3 / -0

They show up and get you to say something that lets them get a search warrant. That opens up many other potential avenues for pressure if they find any evidence of a crime. Maybe you have illegal fly fishing lures from some federally protected bird feathers. They spin this into leverage so they can murder a woman and child like they did to the Weaver family.

12
StrongPeacemaker 12 points ago +12 / -0

Would not be surprised if google maps collected data on everyone's phones to know who was there

7
ViagraFalls 7 points ago +8 / -1

If you brought your phone, you're an idiot. Also, being there without your face covered was also stupid.

2
Gentlemancharmander 2 points ago +4 / -2

Cowards hide their face.

3
ViagraFalls 3 points ago +4 / -1

That's what the criminals said when robbing the store. Then they ended up in jail.

We're technically not criminals and all that, but this crooked system is going to treat us as criminals. Their pets literally get away with murder while we are prosecuted for non-crimes.

2
christianknight 2 points ago +3 / -1

most of the boomer tradcons there were idiots

1
MAGAMAN4EVA 1 point ago +1 / -0

They didn't need to with those fake cell phone towers the FBI put up.

0

I don't know how many posts I saw telling people to mask up and put phones in faraday bags and zero idiots listened.

12
abstr4ct 12 points ago +12 / -0

Since when is going to a protest illegal? I don't get it.

7
MAGAMAN4EVA 7 points ago +7 / -0

Since it became time to fight.

11
Chicken_D 11 points ago +12 / -1

Its not illegal to travel in your own country.

10
Rubicante 10 points ago +11 / -1

People should take a moment to reflect on what they say, especially going forward. Big Brother is here and a lot of people are likely being looked into already for things they have said in anger or frustration. They want to make terrorists out of us. They've likely posted a lot of inflammatory things themselves to entrap people. Don't be stupid.

10
BigBalledMonkey 10 points ago +11 / -1

So, Opi33...what the hell did the FBI actually say when they visited your business? Your post is interesting, but it clearly lacks any details about the encounter. Can you enlighten the rest of us? What did they say when they announced their visit? What was their stated purpose?

8
Opi33 [S] 8 points ago +9 / -1

I said they told me someone "tipped them off that i was going to d.c." and they were just following up. I was posting on instagram the usual stuff nothing that warrants the fucking fbi visiting.

7
HyperCarbs 7 points ago +7 / -0

posting on instagram

lol... When are you people going to learn.

2
worldowedexplanation 2 points ago +2 / -0

The irony is I have legitimate information about several rapes and a murder and the NYPD doesn’t give a shit enough to investigate— because it involves one of their own.

This is the world we live in.

5
randomusename 5 points ago +6 / -1

They know if you went or not. They have access to plane tickets, train tickets, cell data, car license plate scanners, facial recognition. They went to intimidate you.

3
ignorant_slob 3 points ago +3 / -0

It is often easier to just get someone to say something that will let them get a warrant. The technology exists, but for an individual agent the old school techniques are still reliable.

4
BigBalledMonkey 4 points ago +5 / -1

Sorry, not good enough. I'm trying to be nice, but you're not giving us any reason to believe you. What did they say when they came in the door, "we were tipped off that you went to DC, what do you have to say about that"? I don't care really about what you may have posted on Insta-shit, I'm interested in validating that the FBI actually visited you and what they had to say - that's all. Should be easy, when a person tells the truth there is no story to remember.

2
BlackFolk 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah I don’t vet how this dude went from that particular opener... to “pulling up weeks old surveillance footage of themselves” lol

don't talk to the FBI if they come to you. Learn these words. "I have nothing to say."

Whatever they say.. whatever they do.. "I have nothing to say."

If you tell them you went to the bathroom at 5 minutes after 1 and they find a camera of you going into the bathroom 3 minutes before 1.. they will prosecute you for lying to them. While you have no idea if they are telling you lies which they are allowed to do.

"I have nothing to say."

9
pingpongdingdong 9 points ago +9 / -0

Why the fuck do you need to prove you weren’t there. Shouldn’t those stupid fucks have to prove you were? and who reported you? don’t you have a right to face your accuser?

9
Farage_massage 9 points ago +9 / -0

Is visiting DC a Misdemeanor or a Felony in your state?

1
GODwins76 1 point ago +2 / -1

9

The Gestapo will probably twist your response to their statement (about the cop letting protesters into the building) into a "process crime".

9
1ValhallaJack 9 points ago +10 / -1

Don't worry the Gestapo will soon be asking all of us to show us zee papers. As is usually the case I think this will get a lot worse before it gets better

8
RizzlieDoodad 8 points ago +9 / -1

Friend of mine got contacted by the FBI. They went to her work

6
DiscoverAFire 6 points ago +7 / -1

Shame and intimidation. They could call, arrange something convenient, meet you at home.... Or they could come up to your boss and say "We're the FBI, We need to talk to RizzlieDoodad."

I guess it's kind of late in this case, but for everyone else:

Do NOT speak with the cops. Invoke your right not to self-incriminate. Lawyer up, especially if you do believe that they have room to manufacture dirt on you (e.g. you were at a rally or you've spoken with unsympathetic people about doing so).

7
elodrian 7 points ago +9 / -2

I asked the two agents if they investigated the cop letting people into the capitol

Why were you asking them questions? Why were you talking to them at all? How many fucking times do you idiots need to hear this: "Don't talk to police. At all. Ever. Not in their capacity as law enforcement, not as customers in your store, not as congregants in your church. Never. Under no circumstances will talking to police make your life better."

7
booblitchutz 7 points ago +7 / -0

Hopefully you insisted on having legal counsel when they "informally interviewed" you. Remember what they did to General Flynn?

They promised him it was an "informal discussion" and proceeded to ruin his life.

6
Morokei 6 points ago +6 / -0

Although I wouldn’t have talked to them let alone showed them a video I do appreciate your posting this.

It’s chilling scary and makes me very angry they would have time for this but ignore the true antifa blm arsonist murderous fraudulent terrorists.

6
Brando 6 points ago +6 / -0

I hope you greeted them with, "Hi Fag Bois."

6
randomusename 6 points ago +6 / -0

5
Lord_Kek 5 points ago +5 / -0

Are they investigating all protestors? What makes OP worthy of a gestapo visit?

5
VaPnut 5 points ago +5 / -0

Why did you talk to them without a Lawyer?

5
deleted 5 points ago +5 / -0
5
Let_hereat_cake 5 points ago +5 / -0

I asked the two agents if they investigated the cop letting people into the capitol

STOP! The only request that should have been made is to talk to your lawyer, and begin recording at that instant.

4
Sorosis 4 points ago +4 / -0

No need for a lawyer, they weren't arresting or charging him with anything. All you say is "I don't have to answer your questions, get off my property." If they arrest you, then yes, get a lawyer, do not speak to them.

2
ViagraFalls 2 points ago +2 / -0

Now you need to start paying a lawyer. Mission accomplished.

Now if you voted for Trump, you need to waste money on a lawyer, because the FBI thinks you're a criminal.

5
Trumpede 5 points ago +5 / -0

Why did you talk to them? Did they have a warrant to enter the business? If not, ask them to leave and DO NOT TALK TO THE POLICE.

5
kung-flu-fighting 5 points ago +5 / -0

You should check in with your lawyer anyways. They are probably gone for good, but who knows. Next they may want to know about your friends that may have gone.

5
ca18det 5 points ago +5 / -0

What "crime" were they investigating? Exercising your first amendment right to protest?

5
Totally_Not_FBI 5 points ago +5 / -0

Should have just yelled "Black Power!" and taken a knee.

5
elliotle10 5 points ago +5 / -0

You don’t have to prove you weren’t at DC. They have to prove you were there. Don’t talk to them. They obviously didn’t have shit.

4
rootGoose 4 points ago +4 / -0

u/Opi33, did they come with to you with evidence that you went?

Did they come to you with an arrest warrant?

They were looking for a way to find out information about other people. Perhaps they have a thin case against most of whom they have arrested.

You don’t have to exonerate yourself to the FBI. They I have to prove themselves to you.

1
WilliamBarrTraitor 1 point ago +1 / -0

Do say anything. Do not moon them as they will get ZONKS and then you can call them FAGS !!!

4
sewankambo 4 points ago +4 / -0

Bro. Shouldn't have shown them anything or spoken to them. Tell them fuck off and get a lawyer.

3
DeadOverRed 3 points ago +6 / -3

If you let them go after the next guy, you failed your duty.
