I am a little confused and prefer not to be, but need clarification. Who is assembling these troops? Is this a GEOTUS request and I should be optimistic or is this a move from the swamp and I should expect shenanigans.

Some people say its the swamp protecting biden. But people need to understand it was trump that signed the Emergency order in DC and sent the NGs there. I dont think people understand that.
