Weird - Live in NJ, just had a test of the emergency broadcast system on TV.

This usually happens in the middle of the night. Don't recall it ever happening during daytime. Strange.

Does it come across PC"S and phones, or just regular TV? Because we don't watch regular TV.

My test came to my regular TV via Comcast cable. Haven't received anything else on any device.
