They did it because no one did anything about it the last time that pulled that shit. In 2018, they also kicked Republican watchers out, put up cardboard/construction paper, and parked semi trailers in front of the windows so no one outside could see in. They stole multiple seats, and no one held them accountable. Why wouldn't they do the same thing again?
