Yes but it got tossed into overdrive from obama. A large portion of the issues Trump had with getting things done didn't have anything to do with elected officials or even the entrenched bureaucracy it was from the now permanent appointees stuck deep into every nook and cranny of government that was the issue. You can order something done and have the leadership follow your orders but if the workers are sabotaging from within and protected from any blowback for their actions well you can see the issue.
And corporations are now following suit. There will come a day soon where it will be impossible for a company not to be guided and bullied into compliance by the black employees chosen for either their skin pigment or leftist racial narratives. They aren't going to get fired (no CEO has the balls to fire black people today) so we are stuck with them. I'm pretty sure I can survive but I doubt the business will.
And the same will go with teachers soon. Biden plans to hire more teachers now to shrink class sizes in order to open schools. He said this recently. I know he is telling the truth because if you make the opposite statement, that course of action would not be desirable to lefty teachers unions and so we know he can be taken at his word in this case. Anyway, what happens when we are all immune someday and there are no more pandemics for many many years? Massive teachers union with people who sit at home doing nothing for a living that you can't fire.
