Short of secession, wouldn't it be sufficient in the short term to re-affirm state's rights and county rights? Remote centralized authority and return it to the local level, and your Mayor down the street is a lot easier to talk to.
The U.S. Constitution has failed from pretty much very beginning.
We need to start with a new Constitution, which explicitly spells out: THIS IS NOT A DEMOCRACY! TAXATION IS THEFT! FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS JUST A MILITARY ALLIANCE! THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT REDISTRIBUTE WEALTH! NO RACIST "AFFIRMATIVE ACTION" OR REPARATIONS! MERIT-BASED IMMIGRATION ONLY! TOTAL SEPARATION OF GOVERNMENT AND ECONOMY, EDUCATION, MORALITY ENFORCEMENT, PARENTING, ETC! Etc, etc, etc.
And we need a nation where the vast majority agrees with those values, and those that don't are encouraged to leave.
