One of my dogs has what may be a minor emergency -- doesn't look life or death, but with an almost 13 year old dog, you're wary and want peace of mind ASAP -- and my vet's staff tells me there are no appointments til fucking Saturday and that the only thing I could do is do an emergency walk-in today... but I have to wait til after 4 PM. All the emergency places are untrustworthy IMO and/or backed up for like 6+ hours anyway, so they're out.
Before the hoaxvirus, there was never an issue getting a same-day appointment, and I could absolutely get seen immediately for any emergency. So, it goes without saying, but... FUCK YOU CHINA AND FUCK YOU DEMOCRAT FAGGOT GOVERNORS WITH YOUR FAKE VIRUS AND FEAR CULT.
I'm just thankful my vet is based about the virus and actually lets you come in with your animal, unlike all the other places which do some wary parking lot handoff bullshit like you're dropping off radioactive material.

I understand the concern. My dogs are like family. I am blessed to have a based vet that understands. Most of the time she will "work" them in between appointments, just like my Dr would do for me.
I love my vet, and he's been taking care of my dogs for about 8 years now. Great care, it's just getting seen can be lame. He actually has a published study somewhere on PubMed about SAR-COV-1 or 2, so he knows what's up about this being a nothingburger.
My gripe is just the fucking hoaxvirus shutdown shit making everywhere backed up with 5x the number of patients, so it's now just the norm to have to wait and wait and wait for appointments... I guess fucking RIP if you have an actual emergency. This issue wasn't a thing pre-2020. How many more aspects of life have to be fucked up or outright ruined by the CCP/democrat party before this is all over....

Thank you, fren. She's an Australian shepherd / cattle dog mix, and hasn't yet become old-slow slow. She's been throwing up bile all morning, and a couple of times it's been pink-tinged... but she's not lethargic or anything so I'm not super fearful.
Normally I wouldn't be so concerned, cause dogs inevitably eat bullshit out in the yeard and get sick, but at that age you just kind of fear every little thing is going to be "it", ya know?
I hate that! Poor girl. Hopefully you can get her in today.
