They are trampling on our 1st amendment rights. The people that descended on Washington, and the Capitol were LAWFULLY carrying out their 1st Amendment right to peacefully protest, and petition the government for redress of grievances. Those that entered the capital were ushered in, and those that became uncivil were antifa/BLM. Not sure about the girl that stole Pelosi's laptop. Reports say she deleted all of her social media, listing Parler as one of those platforms - it may just be that she never had Parler, but they would like you to believe she did, and therefore was a Trump Patriot.

If we cannot have our redress in court, as has been shown over the past 3 months, and the legislatures of those states have been ignored by the government, then they have violated the peoples right to have our grievances redressed. This is a systemic takedown of the first amendment. While political affiliation is not a protected class under anti-discrimination statues, it is protected under the first amendment. PERIOD!!

Moreover, Congress continues to act without the consent of the governed. It was revoked when they illegally certified sleeping Joe as the president-elect, and failed to give the American People their redress of grievances - this is why Patriots assembled in DC on 6 Jan, it was not sedition. If anything, it was the Capitol Police that incited sedition, and Congress that broke the trust of the American People - without that trust, their is no consent to govern, and without consent to be governed, the governed have a right to protest the continued actions of the seditious House and Senate!
