Actually Mr. Trump is proper form as long as he was first introduced as President Trump. It would be proper etiquette or acceptable to start a paragraph or paper with President Trump then thereafter refer to him as Mr. Trump.

I typically like to refer to him as President Trump whenever possible though, because I know it would anger some on the left. (small victories, are still victories)
