All federal enforcement agencies need to be dismantled.

FBI, NSA, CIA, IRS, DOJ, DOE, etc etc.

Your day to day life should consist of 99% the things decided at the state level. Like the founders intended. Federal agencies should be tiny and virtually powerless.
