So let me get this straight. Graffiti under a bridge had Bernie face painted with pepe. As far as I can see that was an improvement. This was not like it was a special wall built to have a mural painted on it. This was someone who painted over someone elses graffiti. That isn't even a crime let alone a hate crime.
