Even as cargo vessels that has me freaked. I lived for years right on the north coast of Norfolk VA (one of the busiest ports in the world) and I never remember seeing anything like that. Also, I suppose when was that video taken? Could have been during the oil glut where vessels couldn't get rid of their cargo. Anyway, that is definitely alot of ships sitting and doing nothing.
