Seriously whats up with this? Are the laying the ground work for some new network in our electrical grids? Did they plan on doing a full blackout but thought it would be to dangerous? So they are doing it in sections? Telecom? Phones? Cities? Countries?Something is not sitting right with me. What is the reason for these blackouts? Mayor Lightfoot says downtown Chicago is doing blackout at 6 pm. We need to start investigating whats really going on with this.

They hacked the electrical grid a few weeks ago, truth is some kind of rogue faction has complete control over a major part of US infrastructure..
Telecom system, utilities, nuclear weapons storage, the list goes on...
