Anyone find these blackouts suspicious? Has a reason been given? Is it to layout some new system on the electrical grid?

Seriously whats up with this? Are the laying the ground work for some new network in our electrical grids? Did they plan on doing a full blackout but thought it would be to dangerous? So they are doing it in sections? Telecom? Phones? Cities? Countries?Something is not sitting right with me. What is the reason for these blackouts? Mayor Lightfoot says downtown Chicago is doing blackout at 6 pm. We need to start investigating whats really going on with this.

Two things.

Either they test something related to shutdowns of whole neighborhoods or towns.
Maintenance and massive upgrades, during a communist takeover they want to make everyone depending on the grid, so the grid must be reliable.

After that they'll run everything on the grid, electric cars, electric buses, trolleys etc. Soon they will come out and say batteries are dangerous and ban them too, so that everyone needs to be on the grid always. Then they can easily shut down people who don't bend over on government orders.

Learn about Soviet and Nazi Germany, it's the same shit over again.
