This is an excellent speech. Avoiding talking about Biden's election fraud is understandably rattling, but he's really showing his love for this country. Probably trying to avoid sounding petty or power hungry in a speech meant to unite the country.

All it shows is that Trump is the legitimate president, and Biden is a corrupt, cheating hack.
