Agreed. The problem is he shouldn't, and I'm sure won't, pardon the people who attacked law enforcement or destroyed property, and there isn't enough time to know for sure who did that and who just walked in with the crowd. As a result I don't think he can pardon the protestors, and if you expect the crooked DC prosecutors to give the protestors to dismiss the charges like they did for the BLM rioters you are sadly mistaken.
