I want to believe as much as you, but there’s likely nothing there. I legit think Trump is just trying to avoid chaos and civil war. I’m not going to speak to that decision, but he can be bitter about a stolen election enough to not say the guys name, while still not wanting a ton of bloodshed in the name of your own power.
There will be bloodshed, though. Just a prediction. Look what they've done to DC.
You can’t put entire countries on arbitrary lockdowns, steal national elections, have no accountability, then expect all the unemployed destitute to resign themselves to the new situation. This is a lot like the beginning of many communist takeovers. AOC already has detailed plans for re-education camps.
They’re going to come for the 3%ers, then the Proud Boys, then the election fraud truthers. At this point, anyone that’s still considered right wing has to move themselves several miles to the left just to keep their platform, and if you don’t move left, then you’ll be the one getting gestapo visits and mandatory re-education.
Someone is inevitably going to fight back, and that’s going to be their justification for the tyrannical descent. I have a feeling there’s going to be a lot of disappearances in the next coming months.

My personal opinion is, that even though people were willing to go to war for our country and keep him in power, he didn’t want to be responsible for the bloodshed. I do believe over the next few days, things will make more sense, even if it’s not appealing.
There’s still a small possibility of arrests. I think he might do some boss moves in his last moments as president, like kick out all the CCP member from the country so Biden has to go on record fighting for China. I do still expect Trump to do some small things like that, but I expect the deep state will be alive and well in a month.
Not that it’ll break the Biden admin, but merely get him facing multiple scandals right out the gate. Media will have to work OT to cover up the scandals for him. That’s kind of the point, Trump might make himself a thorn in the new admins side, but without arrests, that’s it.
