He never mentions Biden's name a single time. Nor Harris'.
...I can;t be the only person to have noticed that.

Trump is a prideful man. Anyone would not want to acknowledge the name of someone they despise. Obama also referred to Trump as the "new administration"
This notion that because Trump doesn't specifically say Biden's name that it must mean he's entering his 2nd term is ridiculous. The transition specifically is for BIDEN. Trump moved all his stuff out of the White House, farewall speeches, etc.
